Q. I am wondering because I would like to buy one.
The iPod Nano 5th Generation is the one with the video camera; the latest one released.
I would like a dock that is able to be used remotely via a remote control. And that can be used as an alarm clock with my iPod songs as the alarm sound.
I have NO expirience with iPod docks as this one will be my first, but all I know is, they can be awkward with compatibility.

A. For cheaper model: http://reviews.cnet.com/mp3-player-accessories/altec-lansing-inmotion-im600/4505-6519_7-32402791.html?tag=tpr
For more luxurious model: http://reviews.cnet.com/portable-speakers/bose-sounddock-10/4505-11313_7-33773058.html?tag=tpr
These should both do Nano
The iHome is good, but most of them come with a lot of useless accessories and thus don't have as good quality speakers.
We use the B&W Zeppelin. It is a top set with new nautilus speakers, but I don't think it can read Nano. If it can, I recommend it highly because it is some of the latest in speaker tech.

How do i synch ipod touch applications and games to my ipod touch?
Q. I don't have the latest update for my ipod but i made sure to download applications that were compatible to my ipod touch. I have ealrier versions of the game? So how do i get the apps on my ipod?
A. 1) If you haven't already done so, download iTunes from Apple's website, for your operating system.
2) Create an account with username and password.
3) Authorize both your computer and your iPod Touch as "authorized computers for your iTunes account.Go to the menu "Store"-"Authorize Computer" at the top of the iTunes window.
4) Once you've done this, you should be able to select "iTunes Store" from the items on the left side and enter your password to start downloading applications.
5) Once you have the stuff in iTunes that you want on your iPod, they will be copied over when you do a Sync.
*Note - Your iTunes will retrieve and prompt you to install updates for your iPT, and your iPod will automatically indicate when App updates are available (a big number, white in a red circle) will appear on the App Store icon.
*Note - If you have wi-fi access wherever you find yourself, you can visit the "App Store" directly from your device.
*Also note - The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores usually offer free wi-fi service, unless Starbucks, who suck.
