Q. I went on the website to see what the differences were but they used high tech words and i had no clue what they meant. Could someone explain the differences in simple words? Thanks.
A. The biggest difference is screen resolution, the new iPad has 4x more pixels for a noticible difference in clarity, and the rear facing camera is better, it's now in HD. the new iPad has a faster processor so it is quicker to do anything(opening apps, web browsing etc) the speed isn't a huge difference as the iPad 2 is still pretty fast so it really comes down to whether or not you want the new pretty screen and camera.
What can an ipad be good for without apps?
Q. I've never had one, and don't know much about them. So what can it do without apps.
A. Technically nothing it's a tablet for internet and that's all. It doesn't even have a flash player so imagine how much you just got cut off. I had the cheap chinese Mid-E-Pad that i got for 30 euro and even that cheap crap has flash player. But u get tired of it quick and want to come back to normal computer again, trust me this is best when you go somewhere and browse the internet nothing more.
How is the iPad different from a computer?
Q. Not including physical features like that it weighs 1lb and has only a touch screen how is it different from a computer?
A. There's no USB drive or hardrive so you can't save a lot of stuff
